Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@livicreations.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: E5/2A Westall Road, Springvale, VIC, 3171, Australia.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Policy for Livi Creations Store

Thank you for shopping with Livi Creations! We are committed to providing high-quality, personalized products and services. Please carefully review our refund policy before making a purchase.

1. General Refund Policy

  • All digital products (including illustrations, art, and other downloadable content) are non-refundable once they have been delivered.

  • For custom orders (such as "Name What Illustration"), where we create personalised artwork based on customer input, we cannot offer refunds once the order is processed and the creative work has begun.

2. Custom Orders (e.g., "Name What Illustration")

  • For custom services like the "Name What Illustration" (creating personalised illustrations), we require the customer to submit all necessary materials (e.g., video of your name sign in Auslan) within 28 days of placing the order.

  • If the required materials are not submitted within this period, we will send three follow-up emails within 28 days to remind you.
    If the materials are still not provided after the third follow-up email, your order will be automatically cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

  • You are entitled to one complimentary edit for custom illustrations. Any additional edits requested after the first will incur a fee.

3. Physical Products

  • For any physical products purchased (e.g., prints, merchandise), we offer refunds or exchanges only in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was shipped. Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Please contact us with photographic evidence of the issue, and we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

4. Cancellation and Refund Process

  • If you wish to cancel an order for a physical product before it has been shipped, you may request a full refund.

  • Custom digital products or services cannot be refunded once the order has been processed, as time and resources are already dedicated to your request.

5. Refunds for Services

  • For services, such as custom artwork or illustrations, no refunds will be issued once the creation process begins, as the work is personalized and cannot be resold or reused.
